CVACL is the Central Virginia Alliance for Community Living. Their mission is to support older adults and persons with disabilities live with dignity. They offer resources for caregiving, transportation, Meals on Wheels, insurance counseling and more. Visit their website at cvacl.org.
The University of Lynchburg's Beard Center on Aging offers educational resources, information and referral and workshops for older adults and caregivers.
LIFE@Lynchburg is another effort by the University of Lynchburg to support Lifelong Learning.
